2. Overview of Data Processing
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We process personal data only in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit our website, Vercel processes your IP address and technical metadata (browser type, operating system, referrer URL) to deliver the web pages. This is necessary for the operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in providing a functional website).
Vercel may transfer data to the United States. Data transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information, see Vercel's Privacy Policy.
4. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and only gathers anonymized, aggregated usage metrics (page views, performance data). No individual tracking takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding website usage to improve the service).
5. Waitlist Registration
When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect and process the following data:
- Email address — to contact you about product updates and launch availability
- GDPR consent — a timestamp recording that you consented to data processing
- IP address — for abuse prevention and rate limiting (not stored long-term)
The legal basis for processing your email and consent is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent). Your waitlist data is stored in a Supabase database (Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992). Supabase processes data on servers within the EU/EEA where available.

6. Transactional Emails
We use Postmark (ActiveCampaign LLC, 1 N Dearborn St, Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60602, USA) to send transactional confirmation emails when you join the waitlist. Your email address is shared with Postmark solely for the purpose of delivering these emails. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures).

7. SSL/TLS Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar and the lock icon.
8. Data Retention
Your waitlist data (email address and consent timestamp) is retained until you request its deletion or until the waitlist is no longer needed for its original purpose. Server log data (IP addresses, access logs) is automatically deleted after 30 days.
9. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — request deletion of your data

- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR) — withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
